Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding born on December 30, 1986, in Hereford, England) is an English artist and singer. The public was captivated in 2010 through her hits "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses" British vocalist Ellie Goulding quickly climbed to the top of the charts due to her energetic electronic pop. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding stands out as a contemporary musician with her distinctive soprano voice, and her talent in making songs that are catchy and emotional. She's akin in many ways to Kate Bush, Imogen Heap as well as other artists of the same ilk. Polydor Records eventually signed Goulding to a contract. The album she released was set to release.
