Lis Wiehl works as an American writer and legal analyst who previously worked as an analyst for Fox News analyst.
She's a professor adjunct of law at New York Law School, and formerly was an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. She was a legal commentator on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor as well as National Public Radio. She appears weekly for The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly. Wiehl is a Yakima native, who attended West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Barnard College, followed by a master of arts in literature at the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl worked as an attorney at the US Attorney's Office. The correspondent was a lawyer of the NPR program All Things Considered. She was the deputy chief investigation counsel for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. She was a law professor as a tenured professor at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 through 2001. Wiehl worked as a Fox News legal analyst from 2001-2017.
