Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss is one of the most well-known and successful Country Singer who was born on the 23rd of July 1971 in the United States state of Illinois, Decatur. She and LeAnn Kymes were two of the earliest recipients of a Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss is an American bluegrass and country musician. Her birth date was July 23, 1971. She was a teenager when she made her debut in the music scene, having won local contests from the age of 10 old, and recorded her first album when she was 14 years old. In 1985, she joined Rounder Records and in 1987 came out with her debut album. She was invited to join the group with who she continues to perform Alison Krauss and Union Station and released her first album with them as a band in 1989.
